Responsibilities
- Comply with company policy
- Material handling and movement
- Perform high-skill welding (not light fabrication or bench work)
Requirements
- 2+ years of welding experience (ASME code welding preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
- Ability to pass on-site weld qualification testing
- Ability to read basic instructions and drawings
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: Day and afternoon shift rotation (details reviewed during interview)
- Overtime opportunities based on business needs
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $23.07/hour with structured wage progression program for scheduled pay increases
- Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour for qualifying shifts
- Retention Bonus: $500
