Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Strive to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in all areas of responsibility
- Set up and weld parts according to blueprint or schematic requirements
- Assist with operation, assembly and other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with MIG/TIG
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints and schematics
- Mechanically inclined, production oriented, and safety and quality conscious
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of devices such as micrometers, calipers, straightedges and other various measuring tools
