Welder – Gulf Coast Industrial Team Our Gulf Coast Industrial team is seeking skilled Welders with experience performing high‑quality welding on commercial projects. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of welding procedures, various welding techniques, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in diverse field conditions. Primary Responsibilities Perform high‑quality welding on commercial projects with minimal guidanceRead and interpret isometrics, construction drawings, and welding specificationsWeld in all positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead, flat) on various joint designsCoordinate and requisition materials as neededPrioritize tasks according to the project scheduleFollow all company safety standards and proceduresWork collaboratively within a team environment and follow written and verbal instructionsProduce final welds that meet internal quality standards Minimum Qualifications Ability to pass qualification testing (2” monster coupon 6010/7018 and 2.5” stainless 316 GTAW)Skilled in various welding techniques and operation of welding equipmentMust have personal basic hand tools (specialty tools provided by the company)Ability to work in confined spaces and tight work areasMust be available to work all shiftsDependable, punctual, and able to maintain reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check Ability to lift, climb, bend, and perform physical tasks as neededAbility to tolerate working in hot environments and maneuver in tight or elevated areas All candidates must agree to complete a skills assessment and pre‑employment drug screen.
