Welder/Fitter

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to accurately fit and assemble metal components before welding. This is a hands-on position for someone who can read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and produce quality welds. Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $26 - $30 an hour plus 15% differential Requirements Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbolsFit, align, tack, and weld metal components and assembliesPerform MIG welding on various metal componentsMeasure and verify dimensions using tape measures and other measuring toolsUse hand and power tools to prepare and finish componentsGrind, clean, and prepare welds as neededMust be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check Benefits Weekly Pay!
