Welder/Fitter

About the role

We are seeking a Welder. This is a full‑time and permanent position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. You must be able to fabricate according to prints and pass a weld test. Candidates must have 4+ years of proven experience in this field. 2nd Shift available.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate according to prints and pass weld tests
• Use cutting tools and related equipment
• Operate forklifts and overhead crane (training provided)
• Read and interpret drawings
• Use power tools and other equipment

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven welding experience
• 4+ years of MIG experience
• Ability to pass a MIG pressure test
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
