Welder/Fabricator - Full-Time

About the role

MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR responsible for producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately to meet customer specifications. Must be able to commute or relocate to Olathe, KS.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding using MIG techniques, ensuring proper welds on various materials and positions.
• Interpret blueprints and welding symbols to determine appropriate welding methods.
• Conduct first-piece checks and submit samples for quality assurance inspection.
• Maintain accurate production records and organize work for timely completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safety-first culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least one year of MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
