Welder Fabricator

About the role

Munson Boats is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team in Burlington, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with experience working on marine projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and cutting operations using various types of equipment and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in work
• Assist in the assembly and finishing of boat components
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications preferred

Qualifications

• Proficiency in oxyacetylene, MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
• Experience with plasma cutting and grinding
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
