Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Friday: 6:00 am – 11:00 am

Pay

$23.50 – $26.00+ per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety and quality requirements
• Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Work on basic manufacturing assignments with set standards
• Follow detailed instructions under close supervision
• Problem-solve simple, non-complex issues requiring minimal judgment
• Perform measurements within specified tolerances
• Learn to read blueprints
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Maintain safe, accurate, and dependable attendance
• Perform simple flat, horizontal, and flat groove welds
• Fit and weld subassemblies with tack or spot welds
• Exhibit knowledge of material identification, equipment utilization, and welding equipment set-up and maintenance
• Demonstrate general knowledge of equipment and operations
• Interpret weld symbols and follow oral and written directions
• Read imperial and metric tape measures
• Accept responsibility and be accountable for actions
• Perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Uphold truthfulness and credibility in the workplace
• Make decisions or take actions to solve problems or reach goals

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1–2 years of welding experience preferred
• Basic understanding of weld symbols
• Ability to read a tape measure (imperial and metric)
