About the role

Operates more complex production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided. Performs activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances. Maintains logs and records of units produced and reports any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces. Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs non-routine adjustments and maintenance. Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area and follows safety regulations.

• Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Thorough understanding of production equipment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.34 - $34.66 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires falls between $27.00 and $30.00. Offers may vary based on market data and factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
