Welder Fabricator

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Welder/Fabricator position is the ability to weld proficiently using any of the following processes, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW, or SAW. Having the understanding and ability to follow basic weld procedures along with basic blue-print reading skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school graduate preferred.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Must have good organizational and communication skills and ability to work well with external and internal customers.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and follow work instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; use basic hand held measuring tools.
• Related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
