What You’ll Do

• Weld and fabricate finished metal products that stand up to the toughest demands.
• Assemble and install equipment and components with precision and grit.
• Read blueprints like a roadmap to deliver specs that impress.
• Measure twice, cut once—verify materials to keep every job on point.
• Test your welds to ensure they’re as strong as our reputation.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a welder or fabricator in manufacturing (bonus points for MIG/TIG skills!)
• Mastery of welding tools and techniques—show us you know your craft.
• Blueprint and schematic know-how to bring designs to life.
• Stamina to handle a physical workload and thrive in a shop environment.
• Flexibility to tackle other fab or maintenance tasks when the team needs it.

Heads Up

• You’ll need to ace a welding test—bring your A-game!
• First 90 days are a probation period to prove you’re a fit for the crew.
