Welder - Day Shift - Blair, NE

Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare surfaces or components.
• Lay out, position, fit, tack, weld, and finish a variety of parts or products following established methods and specifications.
• Handle and position heavy components using an overhead crane, clamps, jigs, and fixtures.
• Weld in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead).
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Forklift, overhead crane, and rigging experience required.
• Must pass a welding test.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret detailed drawings.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
• Night Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-5am.
