Welder C

About the role

Sugar Farms Co-Op is seeking a Welder C with prior welding experience.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a physical and drug screening.
• Desirable to have Welding Course Completion or Certification.
• Preferred to have hands-on experience but not required.
• Prioritizing bi-lingual candidates (English and Spanish).
• Candidate must pass a C-Grade Welding Test which includes but is not limited to:
• Layout, Cutting, Welding & Repair of Heavy/Farm Equipment.
• Knowledge of Welding Equipment and Supplies.
• Weld Coupons to Standards.
• Basic Use of Welding Tools.
• Weld in Different Positions.
• Acetylene & Electrode Welding

Education

• A High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
