About the role

Westmor Industries is seeking a skilled welder to join our team to take on a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to follow safety procedures, maintain an organized workspace, and follow appropriate weld procedures, with training provided for the right person. Location: 3 Development Dr, Morris, MN 56267.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprint drawings and dimension styles
• Preparing weld surfaces as required
• Setting up correct welder settings
• Welding according to appropriate codes and procedures
• Following safe operating procedures for overhead cranes, forklifts, and other machinery
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints
• Willing to train the right person
• Ability to complete tasks according to planned schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $20-$26 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Schedule

Shift Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
