About the role

Rohde Brothers, Inc., located in Plymouth, WI, is seeking a Mid-Level Welder to join their innovative team. This role offers opportunities to work with various welding techniques including TIG, MIG, Stick, and Laser, as well as equipment maintenance and mentoring coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Work in a variety of welding techniques (Mig, Tig, STICK and Laser)
• Participate in equipment maintenance
• Read and comprehend construction drawings and specs
• Mentor coworkers to enhance their skill sets
• Partner with other crews and their lead people (if off-site)

Requirements

• Experience in multiple welding techniques (Tig, Mig, STICK, Laser)
• Strong communication skills
• Able to meet production deadlines
• Technical degree in welding OR 3+ years welding experience
