About the role

Trident Maritime Systems – Heavy Equipment Group is seeking a Welder in their Rhinelander, WI location. The ideal candidate will bring innovative and forward-thinking skills to the team.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate basic to moderately advanced weldments with minimal quality errors
• Work from drawings and blueprints, read weld symbols, and perform quality checks throughout the process
• Operate hand burn plasma and torch
• Understand and apply weld sequencing
• Perform heat straightening techniques
• Perform crane operations and rigging – proficient at moving/flipping weldment using 2 cranes

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Welding experience and/or completion of Welding Program or Welding Certification strongly preferred
