Welder

We are an iron and steel company specializing in the production of wrought iron gates, railings, stairs, fences, and similar residential building items. The position requires a full-time Welder who must be able to pass a drug test and successfully complete a weld test before employment.

Responsibilities

• Weld wrought iron and steel components according to blueprints and specifications
• Operate various welding machines and tools
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of welding experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Proficiency with oxy-acetylene welding
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Strong attention to detail
