About the role

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience with mig welding, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a safe, fast-paced fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, fit, and align metal components to specifications.
• Proficient with measuring tools, including tape measures, squares, and levels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Experience with mig welding.
• Can read blueprints.
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
• Meets physical requirements (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
