Welder

Responsibilities

• Actively improve welding productivity, quality, and safety.
• Adapt to a changing work environment and manage competing demands.
• Deal effectively with frequent change, delays, and unexpected events.
• Administer safety and training programs for all department employees.
• Communicate information clearly and directly to co-workers and supervisors verbally and in writing.
• Identify, organize, estimate, and recognize differences or similarities with excellent attention to detail.
• Work in adverse conditions (outside in all types of weather or inside in a manufacturing environment) for a minimum of 8 hours.
• Use simple measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, etc.) and perform extensive walking, bending, stooping, and moderate to heavy lifting.
• Manually work multiple levers and knobs associated with applicable machines or equipment.
