About the role

Mity-Lite, Inc., a Utah County furniture manufacturer, seeks a Fabricator to join their Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on jigs and fixtures (PM - L2L)
• Ability to read prints to repair jigs to natural state
• Inspecting and testing finished work to ensure it conforms to specifications
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain correct records of work performed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in training team members as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Good work ethic: Reliable, dedicated, productive, cooperative, and self-disciplined
• Physically able to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to weld steel and aluminum preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Proficient in using hand tools and reading prints
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Intermediate computer skills for record keeping: L2L, and email
• Strong record of completing tasks on time
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
