Welder

Requirements

• Mentor and train coworkers and lower classified employees by providing guidance on proper welding techniques after work is assigned by the Supervisor.
• Able to obtain all welding qualifications necessary for supporting production.
• Able to perform all welding to support the needs of production.

Skills

• To obtain all welding qualifications necessary for supporting production.
• To perform all welding to support the needs of production.
• To inspect workmanship and ensure proper use of equipment and technique.
• To have knowledge of brazing (including soldering).
• To have capability in helium leak testing and microphonics testing.
• To assist and perform other functions as needed, such as cables, buffing, coating, etc.

Benefits

• A meaningful level of scrap can lead to failure of the Weld/Assembly-Job F.

Pay

Salary: $28.24/hr - 34.20/hr
