Required Education And Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus

Essential Functions

• Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company
• Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace and Plant proper
• Picking and placing components or subassemblies into proper fixturing and joining by the application of GMAW (Gas-Metal-Arc Welding)
• Exercising product and process knowledge to identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisor or Quality Auditor of these situations in a timely manner
• Rotation of position into different production teams as is necessary to meet production schedules and Company goals in general
• Maintenance of good housekeeping practices always
• Able to set up welding equipment including changing gas

Physical Demands

• While performing duties of the job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear
• This position is very active - while performing this job the team member is regularly standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, balancing, reaching, handling, and climbing all day
• The team member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time hourly position, and hours of work and days are decided by production or General Manager
