Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in all position flux core wire, fitting experience.
• Welds subject to UT weld testing
• Requires good communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Requires an eye for detail.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable operating and documentation procedures and material flow;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• to understand and follow written and verbal instructions;
• Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures;
• ability to accept constructive criticism;
• ability to prioritize, organize, solve problems, and complete tasks independently;
• ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with supervisors, members of management, vendors, and other employees.

Requirements

• Accurate hand/eye coordination is required.
• Finger dexterity is required, as well as hand strength, with the ability to grasp, lift, push and pull.
• Work involves considerable climbing, twisting, bending, squatting and kneeling for long periods of time.
• May lift parts weighing up to 60 pounds and pull approximately 20 lbs.
• Need to have the ability to ascend and descent a ladder and/or scaffolding.
• The welder will have no more than 90 days to meet the Welder Test Criteria.
• For each welding process welders are required to pass two full penetration groove weld tests.
• These will be radiographically tested and interpreted to AWS D14.1 criterion.
• During the interview process the welder will take both a written test as well as perform physical welding skills which will be UT tested.

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
