Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for challenging artificial lift applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new products.
- Conduct research and development to improve existing products and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in artificial lift technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience with product development lifecycle management tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with artificial lift technologies such as ESPs, Rod Pumps, and motor lead extension systems.
- Knowledge of materials science and its application to engineering solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle management tools (ProStructures, ProE).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay
