Welder

The Role

The TIG Welder/Assembler will hold a permanent & full-time position at the Ramsey, MN plant.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding stainless steel pipes
• Weld and assemble pipes, equipment, instruments and valves to frame structures
• Welding structural frames per AWS and welding SS pipe per ASME
• Glue PVC pipe and fittings
• Measure, cut, drill, tap and mechanical assembly
• Layout and follow direction on running conduit to devices
• Thread and cut rigid metal conduits
• Respect the product planning timescale
• Respect and follow safety regulations
• Ensure a good quality product
• Support process improvements
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Carry out all other related tasks

Requirements

• A minimum 3 years of welding experience
• Ability to read technical plans
• Candidates will be required to pass a 6G weld test
• Good memory and capable of multi-tasking
