Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions.
• Operation of various welding robots.
• Able to lift heavy parts throughout the shift.
• Clean, repair and examine welds as needed.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the shift.
• Follow all Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wear prescribed PPE as required.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• Understand team concepts and be a strong team player.
• High standard for quality and detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work overtime.
• Working knowledge of MIG welding operations and ability to pass weld test as required.
• Open to Lean Manufacturing and implementation of change.
