About the role

Responsible for performing welding tasks in accordance with company standards and safety protocols. Duties include setup, operation, and maintenance of welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using various types of equipment and materials.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the inspection and repair of welding equipment as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in welding or a similar field.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good physical condition with manual dexterity.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
