Welder

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an experienced Welder for a local manufacturing company in Libby.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of weldments and custom, one-off fabrication projects.
• Fabricate components using tube, sheet metal, angle iron, and other materials.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints to complete projects accurately.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Work independently while contributing to overall team goals and project deadlines.
• Utilize shop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD blueprints and welding drawings.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, raw materials, production methods, and shop tools.
• Flexible mindset with a focus on quality, safety, and meeting project deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of company core values and commitment to applying them in daily work activities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
• Occasionally required to sit.

Pay

$21.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
