Welder

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of welding procedures -- steel & aluminum
• Knowledge of Coil Tubing and Fracturing equipment is considered an asset
• Self-motivated and able to perform duties independently
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize issues

Responsibilities

• Perform welding repairs on FRAC and COIL TUBING equipment, including repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment
• Read and interpret schematics
• Maintain welding consumables and supply stock levels and specify/re-order as necessary
• Document repairs via our work order system
• Help to maintain a safe and clean work environment for yourself and co-workers
• Perform remote & on location field repairs as required with the ability to work in all weather conditions
• Participate in safety meetings and provide feedback on equipment modifications and specifications
