Welder

We are searching for an entry-level Welder at our Woodbury, Minnesota facility. This role is ideal for a candidate who has recently received their welding certification or has less than 1-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform ordinary and repetitive hand welding operations (all MIG welding).
• Clamp parts in relative position to avoid distortion.
• Operate welding equipment; regulate current, voltage, gas, and feed rate for proper fusion of metals.
• Heavy lifting may be required.
• Plan and layout welding sequence, referring to drawings, blueprints, or specifications.
• Layout and mark weld points on parts or assemblies using a tape measure, square, scribe, or templates.
• Read work orders proficiently.
• Maintain a strong concern for quality control.

Requirements

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in reading work orders and following technical drawings or blueprints.
• Attention to detail and quality control.

Pay

$20 - $23 per hour.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
