What You Will Be Doing
- Accurately weld gates and parts to dimensional drawings using mig and flux cored processes.
Skills and Experience You Need
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous welding experience or tech school required
- Ability to operate equipment safely
- Ability to mig weld steel parts
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read/interpret drawings
- May be required to pass tests related to AWS D1.1, D1.1M Structural welding code, AWS D1.3 Structural welding code sheet steel
