Welder (3rd shift)

Job Functions

• With guidance, build high quality welded parts from blueprints with a low rejection rate.
• Maintain tolerances detailed on blueprints.
• Works from sketches/drawings to produce parts from sheet metal, plate, bar stock, and aluminum.
• Keeps workspace in a neat and organized order.
• Shows mutual respect for coworkers.
• Show up to work every day on time.
• Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 pm to 7 am.
• Maintains a positive attitude.
• Overtime required when necessary.
• Follows safety protocols per JSA (Job Safety Analysis).

Required Qualifications

• Relevant welding experience required.
• MIG welding is preferred.
• Positive attitude, able to handle tense situations that arise.
• Team player, able to take direction.
• General knowledge of fabrication equipment including horizontal saws, lathes, mills, & drill presses.
• Onsite weld test given prior to employment to establish skill set.
