Starting Pay
Starting Pay: $21 - $28.34/hour based on experience
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
- Paid Time Off
- Pay Increases every 6 months, based on performance
- Company Bonus Plan $2/hour
- Shift Differential (2nd Shift Only)
Minimum Qualifications
- Passed weld test either through pre-employment test or through internal weld program
- Ability to start and run a welder
- Able to effectively preforms job tasks within one station with little to no quality defects or guidance
- Willingness to learn to change your own wire
Standout Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of applicable position experience
- Understanding of quality defects within weld on products
- Ability to read and use measuring devices
