About the role
We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join, fabricate, and repair metal into high-quality components for our community. $3000 Sign On Bonus! $1500 at 90 days and $1500 at the 1-year mark.
Pay
$27.56/hour with a $2/hour shift differential.
Schedule
Sunday night - Friday morning, 10:00pm-6:00am with some overtime required.

Responsibilities
- Operate and Shape: Use machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components to meet current demands
- Prepare and Set Up: Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools
- Lift and Position Materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed
- Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications
- Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities
- Maintain and Organize: Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices
