About the role
We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join, fabricate, and repair metal into high-quality components. Whether you’re an experienced welder or eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we welcome candidates of all backgrounds. A $3000 sign-on bonus is available: $1500 at 90 days and $1500 at the 1-year mark.
Pay
$27.56/hour with a $2/hour shift differential.
Schedule
Sunday night to Friday morning, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with some overtime required.

What You’ll Do
- Operate and Shape: Use machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components.
- Prepare and Set Up: Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools.
- Lift and Position Materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts.
- Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production to meet exact specifications.
- Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
- Maintain and Organize: Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards (e.g., 5-S practices).
