We are seeking a Welder to join our weekend shift team at our Shakopee location. Our offer includes:

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welding production and less difficult prototype instrumentation piece parts in various materials including stainless steel, precious and semi-precious metals using various types of welding processes which may include TIG and/or MIG.
• Operating program welding machines to weld production units and assisting machine welding operators in higher volume production units when needed.
• Maintaining individual welding qualifications and certifications per product requirements.
• Setting up fixtures and laying out work for production and prototype piece parts.
• Performing miscellaneous tasks as required.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of welding experience and a High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED), OR
• One (1) year of welding experience and verified completion of a Welding certificate program
• Must obtain and maintain applicable company welding certifications.
• Record of dependability shown in solid work history.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Ability to communicate in English without an interpreter.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $60,000-70,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.

Schedule

Friday-Sunday, 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
