About the role
TBEI, Inc. offers a fully paid Welding School where participants are paid to learn welding. This program is designed for motivated individuals who want to start a new career in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Paid to learn welding skills through a 2-week program
- Receive $16 per hour during the program
- Successful completion leads to a full-time welder position with a starting salary of $22 per hour
- Quarterly pay increases and potential for merit review
- Eligible for a $1000 retention bonus after one year

No prior welding experience necessary.

None specified beyond the requirement of being motivated and willing to learn a trade.
