About the role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at David’s Bridal is responsible for delivering a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. Reporting to the Store Manager and working closely with the Operations Supervisor/Manager, the CSR supports various functions including the welcome desk, cash wrap, inventory management, and daily store routines.
Responsibilities
- Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, adapting your style to suit the customer's needs through problem-solving and excellent phone skills.
- Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience.
- Maintain all service vows, including being prepared, welcoming, meeting the needs, and being there for all customers.
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence, escalating when necessary.
- Promote alteration services and personalization options, contributing to the store's success.
- Maintain high standards of dress and physical fitness to support a flawless shopping experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product and service information.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage in inventory management procedures, processing orders, receiving merchandise, and ensuring first-quality standards.
- Aid in cash wrap transactions with accuracy.
- Support all sales promotions and visual updates.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.

Pay
The starting rate of pay offered will vary based on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, training, and/or experience, and internal equity. The base pay range of $15-18/hr is specific to the state this role is posted in and may not be applicable to other locations.
Schedule
Part-time schedule available.
