Welcome Coordinator
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and guests
- Conduct visit check-in and assist with required forms
- Collect co-pays
- Update patient information and make changes in electronic medical record platform
- Schedule/reschedule appointments within electronic medical records platform
- Manage phone lines by answering, taking messages, and conducting outbound calls as instructed
- Manage faxes in the electronic fax platform
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Welcome and Community Room areas
- May be required to float to other centers in the region on an infrequent basis
Required
- Strong computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite
- Professional phone etiquette
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
- US work authorization
Preferred
- Experience in customer service setting
- Some college preferred

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
