Responsibilities
- Welcome guests prior to checking into their hotel.
- Process all check-in paperwork.
- Convert Vacation Getaway guest to tour.
- Provide excellent customer service by offering information and answering guest questions.
Requirements
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- High School or Equivalent required, College Degree preferred.
- Must be Positive, Upbeat and Professional at all times.
- General knowledge of smart devices.
Qualifications
- Positive, upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment.
- Scheduling tour times for guests according to allocations.
- Entering guest information into CRS.
- Any other duties as requested by management.
Skills
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- High School or Equivalent required, College Degree preferred.
