Qualifications

• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and work well with others
• Read and write numbers, good math skills, and communication skills
• Able to work in a 28°F cold environment
• Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hours)
• Must be able to lift up to 10+ lbs
• Maintain management standards

Responsibilities

• Advance product along the conveyor line
• Record the weight into the system
• Label the package
• Pack the product into boxes
