Loader - Belgravia (Swings)

Pay Rate: $17.40 per hour

Schedule

2:00pm - 10:00pm + overtime

Responsibilities

• Palletize cases of chicken products and load pallets into trailers.
• Sort product by code, pre-price, and master order number.
• Verify quantity and product code using a scanning gun on each box.
• Help maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.
• Maintain management standards.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others.
• Ability to read and write numbers, perform basic math, and identify problems with labels, scan guns, rider pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Able to work in a 28°F cold environment.
• Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods (8-10 hours) on a concrete/metal grate floor.
• Basic computer knowledge to manage incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Must be able to lift 65+ pounds.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Capable of passing Power Industrial Truck licensing and operating heavy machinery.
• Full understanding of Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) program and capable of passing LOTO training.
