About the role
Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a candidate to join our team. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to plant safety guidelines and complete required safety training.
- Communicate effectively through both verbal and written instructions in English.
- Collaborate well within a team environment.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8-12 hours per shift.
- Use of hands and fingers for job functions.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb.
- Capacity to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Good hand/eye/foot coordination.
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments, including cold winters and hot summers.
Qualifications
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, work in a team environment, and follow safety protocols.
Skills
Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and adherence to safety guidelines are essential.
