Job Summary

Turner Industries is seeking a Heavy Equipment Loader Operator for a position in Pass Christian, MS. This non-exempt role reports to the Foreman and performs routine tasks and loading activities in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education
• Basic knowledge of rigging and components of rigging
• Familiarity with Turner Industries monthly/quarterly color codes
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
• Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Functional Requirements

• Accountable for performance of scheduled work, observing operating process equipment and maintenance needs
• Communicates with supervisor as necessary to ensure maximum performance as outlined by targeted goals
• Knowledgeable of and follows all established plant and company policies and procedures, including plant emergency procedures
• Alert for changing conditions and takes any/all actions required
• Performs additional assignments per supervisor's direction

Compensation and Benefits

Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
