Job Summary
Turner Industries is seeking a Heavy Equipment Loader Operator for a position in Pass Christian, MS. This non-exempt role reports to the Foreman and performs routine tasks and loading activities in a safe and efficient manner.

This position plays a crucial role in our team, assisting personnel with loading activities and other tasks.
Essential Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of rigging and components of rigging
- Familiarity with Turner Industries monthly/quarterly color codes
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Post-offer drug/alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
- Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace
Functional Requirements
- Accountable for performance of scheduled work, observing operating process equipment and maintenance needs
- Communicates with supervisor as necessary to ensure maximum performance as outlined by targeted goals
- Knowledgeable of and follows all established plant and company policies and procedures, including plant emergency procedures
- Alert for changing conditions and takes any/all actions required
- Performs additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Compensation and Benefits
Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
