Job Description
We are seeking a Weighmaster for our Wilson plant. This hybrid role supports plant administration, material movement, and trucking operations.
- Weigh inbound and outbound materials and accurately enter weight tickets
- Maintain accurate records of daily yard movements, material flow, and scale activity
- Schedule trucks for deliveries and pickups and direct unloading activity
- Communicate service updates with suppliers, customers, and drivers
- Ensure compliance with inbound quality inspection procedures
Required
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central preferred)
Preferred
- Weights and Measures experience
- Working knowledge of SAP, ENWIS, ADP, and Citrix
- Trucking or transportation industry experience
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Experience in glass processing or industrial manufacturing
- Bilingual Spanish

Qualifications
