What you'll do

  • Participate (daily store meetings and product/online education) in order to provide optimal customer service.
  • Welcome guests into the store and provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish.
  • Introduce guests to our products and services and make recommendations by following Sage + Sound Customer Service steps.
  • Educate and inform guests of the benefits of using our products and services and provide demonstrations when necessary.
  • Book service appointments and check guests in and out for service appointments and/or classes.
  • Transact POS sales accurately and maintain reporting as necessary and assist and offer guidance to fellow Wellness Guides when necessary.
  • Work in back-of-house to receive inventory shipments and keep stock neat and organized.
  • Support the planning and execution of in-store special events.
  • Participate in daily store operations and maintenance including light cleaning, trash, organizing stock, etc.
  • Lead the store in the absence of a Lead / AGM / GM to include customer service and store maintenance (interior and exterior).
  • Lead and participate in learning and development activities.

Pay

The pay range for this role is: 20 - 23 USD per hour (Flagship)

Schedule

MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY ON BOTH OR EITHER SATURDAY 12:30-9 PM AND SUNDAY 8 AM-5 PM- OPPORTUNITY FOR MORE WEEK DAY WORK IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
