Travel Home Health Physical Therapist providing skilled therapy services in a home health setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting physical therapy visits for geriatric and orthopedic patients
- Managing up to 6 patient visits daily
- Documenting using Epic Remote Client and OASIS
- Ensuring quality care without weekend or on-call duties
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience
- BLS certification
- Current compact state license
- Own reliable transportation
- OASIS documentation proficiency
- Epic charting experience preferred
Key Duties
- Providing patient-centered physical therapy in various home health locations
- Optimizing travel routes
- Maintaining documentation standards
- Adhering to business casual attire policies
