Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities: Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationComplete documentation and maintain confidential recordsPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as requiredAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Details: DHS 83 training preferred or completed post-hire; local travel may be required (25–50%).
