Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents Assist with medication monitoring and administration Complete documentation and maintain confidential records Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals Respond to emergencies and crises appropriately Transport residents to appointments and community resources Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests Attend staff meetings and training Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while maintaining boundaries Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, acceptable driving record Additional info: DHS 83 training preferred or completed post-hire. Local travel may be required (25–50%).
