Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents.Assist with medication monitoring and administration following program policies.Complete accurate, confidential documentation and records.Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry.Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals.Respond appropriately to emergencies and crises.Transport residents to appointments and community resources.Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests.Attend staff meetings and training. Qualifications High school diploma or GED.Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery is preferred.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Additional Details Training in DHS 83 preferred or completed after hire.Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%).
